‼️ For ambassadors and testers receiving free jewelry boxes, please note that starting your subscription requires a minimum commitment of six months. If you wish to cancel before this period ends, you must return the jewelry to our warehouse.

Silk boxes are shipped at the end of each month.
We usually deliver in 10 to 12 days, using Asendia.

Our shipping costs between £7 and £14 pounds, depending on your location.

This will not happen as our jewels don't rust. But if you have any issues with your jewel, please get in touch with us.
